Weight Loss Tips Wanted

I was unable to attend my yoga class last week as I had to work late. I've been so busy that exercise and good eating habits have been the furthest thing from my mind and I'm unfortunately paying for that now with some weight gain and a jelly belly! Sigh! If only there was a quick and easy way to lose belly fat! Any good methods to recommend?
