I just had a cup of hot milo this morning for breakfast. Funnily enough, I don't feel that hungry unlike other days when I wake up starving. Sometimes I find that I get really hungry when I've eaten a heavy breakfast. Could it be the high-GI effect they all talk about? I'm not sure but even things like oats don't keep me going for as long as I would expect it to!
