Customers Are Always Right

I never thought too much about customer relationship management until I moved jobs and started working in the sales and marketing division of a big company. It was there where I learnt the hard way that the customer is always right and how difficult it was to manage customer relationship when you have a database of thousands of customers!

We suffered for a while until my boss introduced AIMpromote. It was a fantastic solution to our customer woes. It did an excellent job in streamlining our customer profiles and doing the necessary follow-up for each customer so we had our hands freed up to actually meet new customers or surf and “research” on the internet!
