Yoga Night Again
Yippee! It's yoga night again today! I do enjoy my yoga classes. I find that it helps me relax and helps get rid of any headaches I have from the day. Even when I'm really tired before the class, I find that I finish it feeling more energized and sleep a lot better that night. The instructor mentioned last week that she was going to start teaching us head stands! How interesting! Can't wait for this evening!
