A cousin recently got married and I was quite surprised to know that she was still going to stay in their rented house after marriage. This was because they had the misconception that owning a home is an expensive affair. Little did they realize the rental they were paying every month could be going towards the mortgage payments of your own asset.
She got interested in checking out new properties after I told her this and did lots of research to find out more about working her way towards her dream home. In fact, she was very excited to find a new development property which had reasonably priced homes. She wasn’t that keen on the design but after some calculations, figured that she could do her own remodeling through taking construction and remodeling loans.
There are lots of those available in the market now and I’m sure she’ll be able to find one that suits her needs soon. I look forward to seeing her dream home!
